The Panettone with Pears and Chocolate is made with the usual dough of flour, eggs, butter, untreated vanilla berries from Madagascar to which is added a soft and sweet heart with many pieces of candied pear and chocolate chips ... a delight!
Pears are candied naturally without added sugar; the entire candiing process involves strict compliance with the characteristics of each fruit, this allows to preserve all the organoleptic peculiarities.
The chocolate is extraordinary: obtained only from criollo and Trinitario cocoa, the finest qualities on the market.
Also this Special Panettone Filippi is the result of a long research: in our production nothing is left to chance, the ingredients are selected and tested before being proposed to customers, once distributed we expect from them a feedback that helps us to improve step by step.
