The unique and unmistakable taste of Criollo Porcelana cocoa, in a new 50g format that duplicates the pleasure of tasting Domori cocoa! Porcelana is an extremely rare and precious plant because it is also one of the most delicate cacaos. Once ripe, the fruits become prey to insects and fungi.
Grown in the Andes, it was rediscovered and grafted by Domori in the late 90s, in our Hacienda San Jose plantation in Venezuela.
Let yourself be conquered by the delicate taste of this bar: notes of hazelnut, cream, vanilla, bread crust, is naturally devoid of acidity and characterized by great sweetness and roundness, privileged characteristics of the Criollo variety.
