A lively, fruity and mildly acid dressing, made of cooked must of the typical Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of Modena, acetified and aged in wooden barrels for 6 years. Recommended for everyday use.
Ideal for mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast or grilled meat, fish and seafood, omelette, sauces, bread dipping and marinades.
