This pure extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from Bosana olives, grown in Alghero and Northern Sardinia and harvested at an optimal stage of ripeness.
An olive, the Bosana, synonymous with Sardinia, a small large fruit that expresses a harmonious and elegant oil on the palate.

Cultivar: Bosana
Color: intense golden yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: hints of unripe tomato, enriched with notes of artichoke and celery.
Taste: medium intensity fruity, rich in herbaceous nuances of artichoke and thistle, slightly bitter aftertaste and spicy finish
Suggested pairings: particularly appreciated raw and excellent on grilled meats, grilled vegetables and soups
