If we’re honest the real hero of this biscuit is the chocolate, the clue is right there in the name after all, so only the finest dark chocolate would do. Next, we needed an orange biscuit that could match it. The secret, we discovered, was to use orange peal. The result, a very chocolatey, orangey, biscuity indulgence. Available here in one of our signature, clip-lid tins.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate coating (58%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), butter (11%) (milk), sugar, orange peel (2%) (orange peel, glucose/fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservative potassium sorbate), natural flavouring, salt.
Dark chocolate coating contains: cocoa solids 52% minimum.
